What is a Dieta?

A dieta is a sacred commitment and a deep spiritual initiation. Its purpose is to build a direct relationship with the intelligence of a Master Plant. We enter an energetic container together and set aside the distractions of modern life, such as salt, sugar, fat and social interaction; most of our time is spent in silence and isolation.

This makes your body and mind a clean vessel for healing and for receiving the wisdom of your plant teacher. In this stillness and discipline, the plant's spirit weaves into your own, offering profound insights, emotional clearing and a recalibration of your entire energetic field.
